How It Works

Here at Lovely Paper Tree, we provide a one on one design experience. Lets design together and bring your one of a kind design to life. 

1. Design Consultation

Starting with the one-on-one consultation that can be done over the phone, via email, or face to face. We can talk colors, theme, design, and event details in this meeting. If you need inspiration we can look through samples to get you inspired! To book these appointment or get started please email us at or feel free to fill out our

3. Production

Once your design is perfect, we’ll finalize with a contract and proofs.  
Upon approval and receipt of a deposit, we’ll start producing your one-of-a-kind invitations.  We offer a variety of optional add-on services, such as addressing, enclosure assembly service, and mailing service. These options are here for your convenience at such a busy time in your life. 

2. Proofing Processes

After the consultation, we will get to work designing your one of kind invitation. You will receive two digital proofs so that you can confirm the design and all information. If you prefer to can receive a physical sample we are happy to create one for you for an extra charge. 

4. Other Services

Once your invitations are mailed, we'll start focusing on paper goods that are needed for the event itself. These are items like welcome letters and welcome boxes, ceremony programs, escort cards or seating charts, menus, favor tags, thank you cards and more.  All of these items can be designed to meet your unique event needs, and will be designed cohesively with your invitation and your event décor.

Things To Keep In Mind

Pricing for Invitations

Our minimum order for invitations and announcements  is $50.  Pricing varies widely based on your needs, quantity,printing method, and materials.  If you have a budget you’d like to stay within, we will gladly

help you stay there, and show you styles and printing methods that best suit your budget.


In most cases, we suggest you mail your invitations 10 weeks prior to your wedding date.  We’d love to start discussing your invitations about 3 months before your mailing date, or about 5 months before your wedding date. When you receive your quote it will show the current timeline on it for the processes.  We will accept rush orders when possible;
rush fees may apply.

Pricing for Corporate

Our minimum design fee is $50 an hour.  Pricing varies widely based on your needs, quantity, printing method, and materials.  We do try to work with all budgets to stay within charities and small businesses needs. Please contact us if you have any questions!


We are located in Leander, TX. We would love to meet you face

to face but, if you are not local, that is ok! We can work directly with

you via email or phone call. We work with clients near and far, including but not limited to the greater USA, Australia, England, and Philippines .
